App Privacy
This Privacy Policy applies to Hardy Barth eMobility (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices developed by eCharge Hardy Barth GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
The Application is not intended for persons under the age of 16.
We would like to inform you about data protection when using our application and about the type, scope and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Data protection is a high priority for us.
Personal data is any data with which you could be personally identified, e.g. name, IP address, telephone number, etc. Some of this data is processed automatically when you use the APP (e.g. MAC address IMAP, system, etc.), or if you give us your consent to process it, or if you provide us with your data voluntarily, e.g. by entering your data in a form in the APP.
We would also like to inform you about your rights under the GDPR.
You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about the origin, recipient and purpose of your personal data processed by us, as well as the right to correct or delete this data.
You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. If you have given us your consent to process your data, you can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Processing of your data
When you download the App, required information is transmitted to the respective App Store, in particular your user-name, e-mail address, customer number at the App Store and the individual device ID. We have no influence on this data processing. The operator of the respective App Store is responsible for this. We only process the data required to download the App to your device.
When using the App, we process the following data to enable the usability of the functions provided and to ensure the security and stability of the app
IP address of the user
date and time of the request
content of the request (specific page)
access status/HTTP status code
amount of data transferred in each case
operating system of the user
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 I S 1 lit. b, f GDPR.
In the case of our customers, the type, scope and purpose of the processing of your personal data is based on the contractual or pre-contractual relationships existing between us. We process personal data that we request from you or that you provide to us in order to fulfill the contract with you. We only collect and use the personal data of users of our App to the extent necessary to provide a functional App and the content and services.
The data concerned are
inventory data (e.g. names, addresses)
contact data (e.g. email address, telephone number, postal address)
contract data
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 I 1 lit. b GDPR, the fulfillment of the contract or the fulfillment of pre-contractual inquiries.
The App requires the following system authorizations on your end device and uses them as follows
Internet access: for communication with our servers, e.g. retrieving content, sending messages and updates.
Access to the camera - only when scanning a barcode (optional as an input aid)
This Application does not collect any precise information about the location of your mobile device.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place in our App.
Processing/disclosure of data
The Application collects the information you provide when you download and register the Application.
The service provider may also use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, necessary communications.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed above or below.

You can easily stop the collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You can use the standard uninstall procedures available as part of your mobile device or through the mobile Application marketplace or network.
We will only share your personal data with third parties if:
you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 I S 1 lit. a GDPR,
this is permitted by law and is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual relationships or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures with you in accordance with Art. 6 I S 1 lit. b GDPR
in the event that there is a legal obligation for us to pass on data in accordance with Art. 6 I S 1 lit. c GDPR,
the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party pursuant to Art. 6 I S 1 lit f GDPR, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.
The service provider does not use the application to knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 16.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right:
in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us;
in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the immediate rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us
to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR
to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR
in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller
in accordance with Art. 7 III GDPR, to revoke your consent once given to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future;
in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is in breach of the GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our registered office. Changes to this privacy policy - status
Due to the further development of our App or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. You can access the current privacy policy at any time in our App.
